US SHIPPING

We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders - no promotion code needed.

Items ordered and paid for will ship after 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. We primarily ship through USPS. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 3-7 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

At the time we do not offer overnight service.

ORDER ISSUES

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc. ) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% organic so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example).

The climate in which you live or through which the item was transported to you may also affect the texture or consistency of the product temporarily due to the organic nature of the ingredients. (For ex. if you live somewhere very hot or very cold, and the consistency seems off upon first use, please wait until your products become room temperature and shake well before trying them again).

DAMAGES

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at hi@vernalbeauty.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

We will offer a replacement or a shop credit under certain circumstances. Please send us an email at hi@vernalbeauty.com with any concerns about your purchase so we can work something out. 

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase.

Please note that Vernal is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns + exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Vernal.
